The Laguardia Hotel New York

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They knew we were there for a concert and welcomed us warmly. The room was always cleaned properly, even when we left early in the morning. The restaurant staff was amazing, despite being busy. We appreciated their service. The hotel also had a very nice restaurant on-site, which was a bonus.

The hotel I stayed in for my early morning flight was top-notch. Its perfectly located near the Flushing Meadows park, which is always a plus, and it’s right next to the Mets stadium. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even helping me set up shuttle services to the airport - so convenient! The room was spacious and clean, with modern bathroom amenities and great Wi-Fi connection. I’m definitely coming back!

One minor setback was that there wasn't a microwave in my room, but this didn't really detract from the overall comfort.

The king size bed was super comfy and perfect for a good night's sleep. The TV stations had a great selection and kept us entertained. The room was cleaned promptly while we enjoyed our breakfast. Whenever we had any issues with the room, help was provided immediately.

Felt extremely safe, nothing to complain about.

The rooms with 2 queen beds as well as lovely views. 15 minutes walk to bus station...

Convenient location near Citi Field, subway access, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, efficient service.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, being close to the highways and airport. It made it easy for us to get around and explore the city without any hassle. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had.

One thing we didn't like was the parking situation. It was disappointing to find out that we couldn't park at the hotel's parking lot without an additional charge.

I had a great stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was very convenient. It was just a few blocks away from two different subway stops that had direct lines to popular Manhattan areas. This made it really easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. Secondly, the staff was wonderful. Rita at check-in was extremely helpful and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a microwave oven which was a nice touch.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I had a great stay at this HI hotel during a weekend music festival. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day. The microwave and fridge in the room were a convenient bonus. The bar and restaurant downstairs were really nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location across from Citi Field was perfect, allowing me to enjoy a few beers before the game and then walk there in 15 minutes. The late checkout with the membership was a fantastic perk. This will be our go-to weekend getaway from Brooklyn!

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the restaurant and bar. The hotel also felt very safe and secure with the key card required for the elevator. The location was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We loved this hotel near the airport and Flushing Meadows. The staff was so accommodating, they even held our bags after we checked out. We were able to walk to Citi Field for the game, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

The location of the hotel is great for those who want to be close to the subway, as it is right in front of Citi Field. Additionally, it is very close to Flushing Meadows, making it convenient for those wanting to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The breakfast could use some improvement, as some guests felt that coupons should have been given to each guest in the room, rather than just two.

The newly renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise, with modern amenities such as multiple outlets and a Keurig. the HD TV with a wide range of cable channels was a nice touch. the Italian restaurant offered a good variety of affordable options, and the food was enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's location near Citi Field and the US Open was a major convenience for sports fans.

The hotel had its drawbacks. the old-fashioned air conditioner in the room was noisy and disrupted my sleep.

Convenient location near #7 train into NYC, CITI field, and tennis center. Good rates and helpful staff that resolved pricing issue promptly. Excellent breakfast server, Yvette. Clean and comfortable rooms. Subway station right in front of the venue for easy travel.
